Hotel Victor Hugo Paris Kleber

Great hotel with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff helped me with technical issues during my first stay. I highly recommend staying here.

The location was magnificent and nice, at a moderate distance from a triumphal arch. The hotel itself was in a tourist area, not far from the Champs-Elysees, Paris' best areas, and Eiffel tower.

Great breakfast, a good choice of food and beverages. Really helpful and excellent staff, free wake up service and ironing.

Beds were tiny.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our large family, just a short walk to shops and sights that kept everyone entertained, especially the teenagers.

My kids wished for a bigger room with more towels and better linen. The amenities felt a bit lacking, as we only received one towel per person, tricky for our family of seven.

Got Wheelchair Accessible room with 1 standard double bed, bath tub and amazing view of Eiffel tower as expected. It had a beautiful decor and the staff were more than helpful. This quaint and modern hotel had central setting very close to main Paris attractions...

Everything easy to reach, reception is very attentive and helpful

In the pot (in the desk) for boiling tea water was an old water residue and a thick dead fly. Room not cleaned up on the 2nd day until 18 00.

The manager's professional approach made a great impression. The large bathroom in the room added comfort to our stay, a rarity for similar hotels. We enjoyed the daily truffles provided with coffee. It reminded me of a special touch.

The Hotel Victor Hugo Paris Kleber offers a fabulous location with comfortable and quiet rooms. The staff was friendly and very efficient. I especially loved the cozy corner in my room perfect for unwinding with a book after a long day exploring the city.

We recommend the hotel to all. It's reasonably large boutique property, everything is great here. The setting is incredible and lovely, it's near to Arc de Triomphe, champs elysees and close to big metro stations, the Champs-Elysees and the EiffelTower and all metro stations and major attractions. There is nearby Pizza Hut to grab some food for the dinner.

Charming Stay with Wonderful Staff

The spacious Junior Suite was perfect for three adults, and we appreciated the surprise champagne on arrival. The breakfast spread, especially the croissants and eggs, was a highlight! Pro tip, check out the lovely lobby area for casual meet-ups.

Room was clean and comfortable. My room on the top floor of the hotel had a view out over the rooftops, and access to a small terrace. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a full stall shower. The location is very convenient, half a block from Place Victor Hugo, with restaurants and shopping close by.

My single room was very small.
